Got my interview and assement next week and looking for some information regarding the process.
I passed the online test and I've to go for another test (which I'm guessing will be similar to the online one so you can prove you took the test ) and then from what I can gather online if you pass that your name will be called and you will be asked questions about the company and scenario based questions regarding breakdowns and customer safety , dealing with irate customers and customer satisfaction.
I've been trying to polish up on my mechanical knowledge (been in the motor trade for 20 years and 10 years as a mot tester ) Is there any specific areas they may ask questions on ? Or could it be anything at all they ask about ? I know I would be ideal for the job as I don't mind the shifts and think this would be my ideal job.
I have been trying to do as much research as possible and see alot of pros and cons regarding the job but it's not putting me off.
Alot of people are saying you work a crazy amount of hours and say goodbye to your family life.
Also I've heard it's the orange divorce lol
Any pointers or even an insight into the job would be more than welcomed .

Was a good job. Why do you think so many jobs are vacant, patrols leaving left right and centre which was unheard of a few years ago...
