The most important aspect of this job is customer care, remember, you can never go to far to help a customer, Your Customer,
One question that was put to me was, what would I do if I was heading to a job and someone waved me down to help with a puncture. the answer was. wave back, leave them and attend your own breakdown, unless that person was at risk then your own breakdown is number one priority.

Hi Otis
Well i passed the technical questions and i think i done reasonably well in the role play exercise and the interview.
There was 15 people there applying for one job so i dont want to get my hopes up.
They told us we will have to wait 7-10 days to find out. Fingers crossed :)
